I’m in love with everything that rises and falls in accordance with life cycle stages, as if the observations follow the function: F(x) = -x2.

I’m in love with indispensable constant facts that are locked either in a dead man’s brain or in a prisoner’s throat that has already been cut.

I’m in love with a broken arrow since it represents a living evidence for the notion: looks are deceptive. Recall: a broken arrow yields an arrow’s appearance, yet it does not function as an intact arrow.

And finally, I’m in love with food given that it is the only way blood would bypass my brain and pause thoughts from flowing spontaneously in an out of control mode 😀

Six years ago the bloggerette Jerusalem was born.

A man spends a prolonged stage of his life wishing for tomorrow to be:

A different day better than today, a brand new beginning unloaded with consequences of the past, or even a complete turnaround in the route of his monotonous existence; until he realizes that it is he who should change and not today.

Always remember:

We are here today because of decisions made yesterday, the decisions we make today are the commitments of tomorrow,

&

Tomorrow is just another day which we decide what to make of.

To show solidarity with attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque, some people tend to put a black ribbon on their blogs/sites with the slogan “For the sake of Al-Aqsa”, in Arabic “لأجل الأقصى”.

Take a close up at one of those ribbons and you’ll notice two things:

First of all, the ribbon has the picture of the Dome of the Rock and NOT Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Second, black ribbons are put on a person’s photo after he/she dies, to reflect grief for losing this person. In fact, by putting this black ribbon we have spread the existent misconception about Al-Aqsa Mosque, as most people mix between it and think it is the Dome of the Rock. In addition, we have voluntarily executed Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Side Note: I am not judging the black ribbon habit in here.

Let me introduce myself; I am Re’aam Al Issa aka Jerusalem, and this is my 1st blogging day on WordPress, although I have been a bloggerette for years.

This blog is simply a mirror, but of a different type. A mirror that creates a biased reflection for a better understanding: to hear the unspoken, to read the unwritten, to explore the forbidden, to dig our way up to the sun shine and to help others feel the sun shining through their windows; to cry for other people’s sorrows and laugh for their happiness better than if it was our own, and to establish the reassuring shoulder when others need one :).
